Santa's Grotto

IMPORTANT: Due to COVID-19 restrictions and measures we have restricted the numbers by half this year, giving you a more personal experience, with no queue and more time with Santa and his reindeer.
Tickets are non-refundable. If you do need to cancel you will be able to claim the cost of your tickets off your Christmas Tree purchase, by the 24th Dec. Make sure you read our COVID-19 Policy

This ticket will give you entry to Santa's Grotto.
There are loads of different scenes to see inside and you are welcome to take as many photos as you want. There is a sleigh you can sit in with your family for a lovely seasonal photograph. Also, the reindeers inside may need feeding, so hopefully, you will have some reindeer food with you (no other food allowed, i.e. sweets, bread, or anything else).

Every child will receive a present personally prepared by Santa himself and a chance to Visit Mother Christmas in the Mother Christmas toy room, it's very exciting.

Mulled wine and mince pie for parents

You are also welcome to walk around the site and fields, spent time with the reindeer. Also, visit our coffee shop for drinks and food. Just be midful of the required social distancing and keep 2m apart.

Once you purchase your tickets, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your digital ticket. You need to remember to bring it with you when you visit, either printed or on your phone. Our elves will scan your tickets and help you with any questions or information you require.

You don’t need to have children to visit Winter Wonderland! Adults are welcome without children just to enjoy the magical festive experience.

School groups may be visiting on weekdays.

We had the option not to open this year, but we want the children to see Santa and give them something to look forward to this Christmas after everything we have all been through.
So, please, be mindful that this won't be what you are used too, but it's the best we can do under the current circumstances.
