Booking Instructions.

The Booking process is very easy, just few steps, few clicks and you are done.
Choose the type of ticket you want (Standart or VIP) and choose the date you want and the time slot that works for you. Please, take your time to ensure that you have entered all the details correctly as we cannot action refunds or change booking dates. Also please book early as weekends and the week leading up to Christmas Eve fill up very quickly.

Please, note, that children are only allowed in the Grotto if accompanied by at least one adult.
The 'Child' ticket only applies to children, age 0-14.
Family tickets are for up to 4 people, 2 children + 2 adults.

Every child with a ticket, age 0-8+, will receive a Christmas present from Santa.

Once you've booked, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation for your purchase and a digital ticket with Ref. Number and a bar code. Make sure to bring the ticket with you, either printed or on your phone and show it at the gate to be scanned.
